Six lines of work, all run out of the one workshop in Western Australia. Each one takes a drawing, a sketch or a worn sample as the starting point.

01 / Fabrication
Structural & sheet metal fabrication
Weldments built to drawing in steel, stainless and aluminium — from a single bracket to a complete frame. Profile cutting and folding are done here, so tolerances are held from the flat pattern through to the finished assembly.

02 / Welding
Welding & breakdown repair
MIG, TIG and stick welding on plant, trailers, buckets, tanks and implements. When the machine cannot be moved, the welder goes to it — including cracked structural members and worn attachment points.

03 / Machining
Machining & precision components
Turning, milling, boring and thread work for the parts that no longer have a supplier. Bring the worn component in and we will measure it and make its replacement.

04 / Finishing
Surface preparation & coating
Fabrication that will sit in coastal air, wash-down or abrasive service needs the finish specified at quoting time, not decided at the end. We prepare and coat to the service condition you tell us about.

05 / Maintenance
Shutdown & maintenance support
Change-out parts made ahead of a planned outage so the window is spent fitting, not waiting. Give us the shutdown date and the parts list and we work backwards from it.

06 / Drafting
Drafting, prototyping & short runs
No drawing? We will produce one from your sketch or from the worn part, prove a single unit, then repeat it as a batch once the fit is confirmed.
